Preschool Storytime for ages 3 – 5

Starting at 10:30 a.m. on Mondays. Stories, songs, movement, crafts and snacks round out this event.

Mother Goose Storytime & Music for ages 0 – 5 

Starting at 10:30 am on Tuesdays. Songs, movement, fingerplays, flannel board, stories and snacks are sure to be enjoyed by all who attend!

Storytime programs have a long tradition at Lilly Library. In addition to introducing children to books and the joy of reading, this is often your child’s first chance to be part of a group on his or her own.

Dear Parents:

Storytimes are also great practice for school. I try to help the kids learn there are times they need to be quiet and listen and times they can talk with each other and myself. Mostly, I try to teach them that reading is fun and never be afraid to ask questions!
