This class is for all levels, and will be offered at the library every Friday (8:30-9:30 am), beginning on February 21st. Each class incorporates gentle yoga postures, relaxing breathing techniques, and a short opening meditation. Please bring your own yoga mats and props. We’ll be meeting on the second floor of the library, in the Periodicals Reading Room.
