How COVID-19 Impacts Lilly Library Services

Lilly Library is currently closed and will remain so until it is deemed safe to reopen. We are following the orders of both the state of Massachusetts and the city of Northampton.

We are following guidelines recommended by the City of Northampton ( and plans are rapidly evolving. Please consult this page for any other updates.

All Lilly staff are working remotely — not on-site! — but there are many digital resources available through our website. We will be highlighting these resources via our Twitter page, so please consult that for more information (and give us a follow while you’re at it.) All staff members can still be reached via email.

Please hang on to all your materials while Lilly is closed. Late fees will not be assessed during this time, and we are not regularly able to check the book drop.
