  • Replacement with a NEW copy of the same book in the same binding; or with a similar title of same binding and value with approvalof either the Assistant Director for adult materials, the Children’s Librarian for children’s items and the Young Adult Librarian for young adult items.

Reimbursement for a Lost & Paid Item That Has Been Found:

Reimbursement will be made only for materials

  • returned within 28 days of the day that payment was made for the lost item.  After that time no reimbursement will be made.

The maximum overdue charge for the material
$5 for DVD/Video
$3 for all other materials

If an item paid for was equal to or less than the overdue charges, there will be no reimbursement.
